Frequently Asked Questions

These are the most frequently asked questions that clients ask.

How do I book a session?

Booking a session is easy! Visit my Contact Me page on my website at https://www.sherrybrooksphotography.com/Contact-Me and fill out a session questionnaire. Make sure to select the questionnaire for the type of session that interests you. I will then send you a digital brochure and a link to my schedule.

Can I bring my own props?

Yes! I love when clients bring their own props to a photo shoot.

How far in advance should I book my session?

I recommend that you book your session as soon as possible. My schedule is limited, and session times do fill up, especially during busy season.

Do you have a cap and gown for my senior session?

No, I do not have a selection of caps and gowns. For ASU graduates, I recommend scheduling your session for after the Grad Fair to ensure that you have all your appropriate graduation regalia for your session. For high school seniors, you can bring your own cap and gown to your session or borrow one from a friend or sibling.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Sometimes life happens. If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can work together to find an alternative day and time that works for us both. I do monitor the weather for all my sessions and will contact you if the weather will not be favorable for your session.

What is the turnaround time for my images?

My standard turnaround time for images is 7 days. If my schedule is busy and your turnaround may be longer, I will notify you prior to your session.

How will I receive my images?

Once your images are ready, I will send you a link to your gallery with a password to download your photos. I recommend that you download your images as soon as you receive the link.

Do you offer prints?

All my sessions include digital images. I do offer an option to purchase prints of various sizes, wall art and gifts from your gallery for an additional fee.
